The Differences Between the EB-3 and the TN Visa

What is the difference between the TN and an EB-3 green card?

Lawyer terminology immigrant means somebody who is going to stay in the US permanently. So that would be somebody with a green card. A non-immigrant is somebody who has a temporary visa to work study or visit in the United States.

So the TN is a temporary non-immigrant visa, but you can also transition from the temporary visa and get a green card once you're in the US.
