What if there is a change of citizen Filipino to British and after the US immigrant visa has been approved using the Philippine passport board Mike?

So you now have your visa, Green Card stamp visa stamp was in your Filipino passport. And between the time of getting that stamp and arriving in the US you became a British citizen. So now you have a British passport. So you're going to carry both passports with you for entry but from an immigration perspective. Other than it potentially be, you know, a little confusing, I would probably take your paperwork with you in addition to both passports at point of entry, I do not perceive that there should be any problem.
