Connetic’s Applicant and Prospective Employee Privacy Policy is intended to inform both applicants and prospective employees about how the personal information Connetics processes about each will be handled and protected by Connetics.

This policy describes the types of information the Company may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.conneticsusa.com (our “Website“) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Disclosure of Your Information

 

Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment, hiring, and job assignment process. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Connetics also shares personal data with third party suppliers such as payroll companies to pay our employees and database application providers for recruitment purposes. Further, Connetics shares personal information with former employers to obtain references for you, immigration authorities for visa purposes, licensing authorities and testing providers for qualification purposes, and clients for job assignment.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may also send us an email at info@conneticsusa.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.

 

Data Security

 

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions and other information will be encrypted.

Data Deletion

If your application for employment is unsuccessful, Connetics will hold your data on file for 6 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. If you agree to allow Connetics to keep your personal data on file, Connetics will hold your data on file for a further 6 months for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed.

If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment and kept in accordance with applicable data retention laws or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

 

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

 

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. International Transfers of Personal Data

 

Connetics is located in the U. S. Therefore, if you reside outside of the personal data collected and processed about you will be transferred to the U.S. Although the U.S. does not have laws which the EU has designated as adequate to protect EU data, Connetics has implemented the security measures described above to protect your personal data in connection with the transfer of your personal data to the U.S. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to Connetics during the recruitment and employment contract. However, the transfer of your personal data to the U.S. is necessary for Connetics to enter into and perform your employment contract. If you do not provide the information, Connetics may not be able to properly process your application or enter into an employment agreement with you.
