What would be some of the negatives that are nurses should be aware of coming on an h1 B? Mike, do you have any insight into that?

Yeah, the biggest negative is that your spouse if you have a spouse cannot work when they come in to the US. So a spouse would come in on an h4, and they would not be eligible to be employed. Whereas if you go through the EB three route, your spouse comes in as a green card holder. So I think that's the, the primary negative that we hear. So maybe for some of you, it's an opportunity to you know, get rid of your spouse start over. We got to look at it from perspective.
