Form I-824 for Recapturing Old Priority Date

Atty. Michael: Yeah. So generally speaking, you probably wouldn't need to use an I-824. So generally, an I-824 would not be used for that you would include a copy of the information from your prior I-140 when you do your new or your current I-140. That's how they would recapture the Priority date.

So Form I-824 would not be used for that.
